Buying my own home was the most expensive purchase that I ever made. I am sure that it is the same for you. It is like a lot of money and most of us cannot afford to write out a check for that amount.

So we have to resort to getting mortgages which are simply loans where your home is taken as security. Because you are putting your property at risk though they should not be entered into without a lot of investigation so

make sure that you can afford your mortgage….
